Business Development Rep.

If you’re a dynamic, high-performing, and hungry individual looking to make a name for themselves, you’re in the right place. You have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, you love the thrill of the hunt and you’re capable of building and growing a pipeline of business. You also have experience navigating through organizations, doing deep discovery and speaking to multiple decision makers. This is not your standard smile and dial BDR position. Be ready to think outside the box and make suggestions to contribute to the evolution of the position and team and have a good time doing it.


The BDRs are the front line of the sales process and spend their day focused on strategic research of accounts, identifying key decision makers, generating interest, and developing relationships with important stakeholders via outbound calling, sending strategic emails, videos, and social campaigns. They are measured by their seamless handoffs of qualified pipeline to our Account Executive Sales team. Strong organizational and follow-up skills are key, and a competitive, friendly, numbers-driven personality will thrive. You will collaborate closely with marketing, demand generation and sales executives. We will rely on YOU for insights of what the market is telling you and helping the company adjust messaging as needed.


• 2-3 years of full-time corporate sales experience (software sales is a plus)
• Proven track record of success prospecting for new business
• Experience being held to metrics a plus
• Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• A motivated, driven and self-starting attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced, fast -changing team environment
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred


• CRM experience
• Inside sales experience a plus

Enterprise Account Executive

As an Enterprise Account Executive you are impacting digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level executives, business development executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses.


You are responsible for identifying, a.k.a HUNTING, segmenting, engaging, and converting qualified mid-market and enterprise prospects into customers according to a monthly, quarterly and annual quota. You will report to our Head of Sales & Marketing and will closely collaborate with all our teams (Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineers, Delivery, Product, and Finance) to drive maximum value and success with new logo customers. The Account Executive will also be required to upsell recently closed accounts for a period of time.

A successful Account Executive will be a skilled hunter, communicator and presenter who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.

For this role you will need to have a book of business and or established relationships in the SaaS space and industries such as Financial Services, Retail, CPG, Manufacturing and Insurance related to integrations.


5-7+ years of experience selling technology adoption and creating long term transformational account strategies
10+ years of quota carrying technology sales or business development experience
10+ years of experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large scale technology projects to enterprise & mid market customers
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of different sales processes and able to map out buyers journeys
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
A motivated, driven and self-starting attitude
Ability to work in a fast paced, fast -changing team environment


Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses
A technical or educational background in engineering, computer science, or MIS
Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company
Cross functional selling experience (Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services, Partner, and ISV)
